(1) In order to hold “Saitama Triennale 2020”, we will investigate the demands of each artist in order to create a design book for the exterior part and install works in the venue at the former Omiya Ward Office. Based on the situation, create design books necessary for interior repairs.

(2) At the former Omiya Ward Office venue and the former Omiya Library venue, make a flow plan and sign plan for visitors so that visitors can appreciate the works safely and smoothly.
