Place: Main site (former Omiya Ward office), Annex site (former Omiya library), around Omiya station
*Please apply by 16:00 on October 13 (Tuesday) using the attached application form.

About COVID-19 infection spread prevention measures

The exhibition of works at the venue will be carried out after taking measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections based on the "Guidelines for preventing the spread of new coronavirus infections in museums". We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Requests to all visitors

◯Please refrain from visiting in the following cases.
- When there is a high fever compared to normal heat
- If you have symptoms such as cough or sore throat
- When there is close contact with a person who is positive for the new coronavirus infection
- If there is an entry restriction from the government within the past two weeks, a history of visits to countries / regions that require an observation period after entry, and close contact with the resident.

◯Please wear a mask.

◯We will measure your body temperature before you enter, and if you have a high fever compared to normal fever, we will refuse you to enter.

* The contents may be canceled or changed due to the influence of the new coronavirus.

* Personal information entrusted to us at the time of booking may be used for provision to institutions such as public health centers and for emergency contact in order to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection.
