Case Summary

On Tuesday, November 17, 2020, Peatix Inc./Peatix Japan Inc. obtained unauthorized access to a portion of customer information (account display name, name, registered e-mail address, and email address) from the operator entrusted with the management of public viewing of artworks for Saitama International Art Festival 2020 through the operator. (language settings, country where the account was created, time zone, encrypted passwords) were reportedly found to have been pulled up to 6.77 million cases.
