Sightama Art Center Project has created a space as a lecture room for citizens to use, created over two weeks in cooperation with Saitama International Arts Festival supporters. We have incorporated various colors in the achromatic space and built a small raised area with the aim of creating a place like a secret base where visitors can relax. We have also reused books, waste materials, and used cloth that were left in the old Omiya Library. We have named this space "Words Base" where various words are read, spoken, and produced.
